Announcement and Call for Manuscripts
The LOC hereby invites prospective authors who wish to present papers at the conference to submit their original research, review and/or technical reports for consideration in any of the areas listed below. Manuscript Submission Guidelines
- Title: Bold, Times New Roman, size 14, centered, max 120 characters.
- Author(s): Surname followed by initials, with affiliation, institution, department, phone, and email of corresponding author (Times New Roman, size 12).
- Abstract: Not more than 250 words.
- Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords below the abstract.
- Body: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if applicable), and References.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing, 1-inch margins.
- Length: 6–10 pages including figures, tables, and references.
- References: APA 7th Edition style (e.g., Olaniran, T. S., & Akinyemi, O. D. (2020)...).
- Submission: Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Similarity Index: Must not exceed 15%.
- Review: Double-blind peer review with feedback in one week.
- Eligibility: At least one author must register and present at the conference.
Presentation Guidelines
Accepted authors must prepare PowerPoint slides for their presentations. All presentations must be submitted before the conference date. Presentation by proxy may not be permitted.
Conference Payment Fees
- Abstract Submission Fee: ₦5,000
- Conference Registration Fee (Regular Participants): ₦20,000
- Student Registration Fee: ₦10,000
